HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices
Ulster-Greene ARC is required to meet Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy and Security regulations. This is ensured through a system of checks and balances relating to documentation, security of records (physical and electronic), and information sharing practices. Please review the downloadable documents relating to False Claims, Code of Conduct, Reporting Concerns, and the Notice of Privacy Statement.
