Our Medicaid Service Coordination department, Family Support Services and our Bridging the Gap - School to Work Program are all based within the Administration Building. It also houses our Human Resources Department, Foundation, Information Technology and Accounting Departments.

The Pecora Center is home to our WELCOME CENTER, which supports new people and families who wish to learn more about what Ulster-Greene ARC has to offer. The building also lends space for Day Services, that build and enhance independent living skills through volunteerism, community involvement and the arts, our Career Discovery Center (Kingston branch) that offers job readiness training and career exploration, and an Article 16 Clinic that provides psychology, social work, vocational rehabilitation counseling, occupational and physical therapies. Our Community Habilitation / Respite offices can also be found within the building.

Ulster-Greene ARC is a private not-for-profit agency founded by families in 1956. We offer a full array of customized supports for intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals at twenty-five Residential Units and seven Day-Service sites in Ulster and Greene Counties.
