Our Golf Tournament is in memory of Roy A. Gonyea Jr., a leading advocate for Ulster-Greene ARC. We honor his renowned life accomplishments along with his personal love for golf. Mr. Gonyea and his wife Helen “Sis” Gonyea were among the co-founders of the Autism Society of Hudson Valley 28 years ago, after their son Michael was diagnosed with autism. At the time of Roy’s death he served as a board member for Ulster-Greene ARC. His wife Sis now serves on the board. His son Michael receives services from the agency as well.
